The Good Seats

Tuesday, September 19th, 2006

Nobody sits up front at a comedy show. There’s really only a few places people will pay good money for better seats: sporting events, plays, and airplanes. At stadiums, it’s so they can be closer to the athletes. At theatres, it’s so they can be closer to the actors. On planes, it’s so they can be closer to the cockpit?

I like to sit in first class and then heckle the crew. “Here we go pilot, here we go! Hey co-pilot, you suck!”

First Class Yet Immature

If the stewardesses ask me to stop, I refuse. I’m just following in the footsteps of a great trailblazer. Although she was asked to quit heckling the bus driver, one patriot stood her ground. Rest in peace, Rosa Parks.
